​At the core of Nike is a relentless desire to innovate for Athletes and help them perform at the highest level. Listening to Athletes and Consumers creates a competitive advantage that inspires new thinking and unlocks potential. At the same time, the world is changing and so is the climate. As Athletes are noticing more negative changes in their "open-air arena" of the planet, Nike aspires to create systemic change and inspires others to join the race.

Serving the Athlete is a comprehensive mindset at Nike. Helping them compete at their best includes a 360-degree effort – from product to pitch. A changing environment makes it difficult to perform at the highest level and thus motivates us to mobilize.

Future of Sport

As conditions continue to deteriorate in the arena of Earth, the future of sport will continue to be at risk. Athletes are concerned and we stood with them. It became clear that we needed to "Protect the Future of Sport"

Network Activation

We knew we couldn't do it alone. Reaching out to thought leaders, scientific minds, students, and the creative community, we explored new ideas for systemic change and circularity. From design challenges to micro-funding of startups, and global events, we assembled a team to unlock the opportunity of sustainable innovation to help set a new pace for Nike and the world.

Sustainability Reporting

All Athletes strive to be better: faster, stronger, more nimble. We applied the same mindset to how we approached impact. "What gets measured gets improved" so our commitment to being transparent gave an honest scorecard highlighting what other areas we needed to improve our game.
